Health 101: Intermittent Fasting

Please join staff member and Naturopathic Mary as she discusses Intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting is more of a life-style than a diet. There are several variations but, mainly it involves following a scheduled eating plan that is very effective for weight loss, increased energy, improving mental clarity and a host of additional health benefits.
